2. What is ScanDran?
ScanDran is a web-based application for salons and similar service providers. It helps digitally organize queues, status information, customer requests, and notifications.
ScanDran provides the technical platform. The actual on-site service, pricing, order of service, and communication with customers remain the responsibility of the respective salon.
3. Scope
These Terms apply to the use of ScanDran by salon owners, registered users, salon staff, and customers who join a queue or retrieve status information through ScanDran.
Paid features are additionally subject to the prices and service details shown in the relevant order process or application.
4. User account
Certain features require a user account. Data entered during registration must be accurate and current.
Access credentials must be kept confidential. ScanDran should be informed promptly if unauthorized account use is suspected.
5. Use by salons
Salons can use ScanDran to manage their public profile, services, staff, opening hours, and queues.
The respective salon is responsible for the content and information it enters and must use ScanDran lawfully in its operations.
6. Use by salon customers
Customers can use ScanDran to join a queue, retrieve their status, or receive notifications.
Displayed wait times, positions, and status information are for orientation and may change.
7. Fair and permitted use
ScanDran may be used only lawfully and as intended. False information, abusive access, technical attacks, spam, deception, or unlawful content are not permitted.
If there are indications of misuse, security risks, or unlawful use, ScanDran may take appropriate measures.
8. Availability and development
ScanDran is provided as a web-based application and may be developed, improved, or adapted.
Temporary limitations may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, security measures, or third-party services.
9. Paid features
Paid features, plans, or subscriptions are shown in the application or order process. Payment processing is handled through the payment provider indicated, currently Stripe.
10. Term, plan changes, and cancellation
Term, billing period, plan changes, and cancellation options depend on the selected plan and the information shown in the order process or account.
11. Content and rights
Users retain their rights to content and data they enter. ScanDran may process, store, and display such content and data as necessary to provide the functions.
Rights to the ScanDran application, including software, design, interface, texts, structures, and technical functions, remain with ScanDran or the respective rights holders.

13. Third parties, responsibility, and liability
Certain features may involve third-party providers, especially for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, or technical notifications.
ScanDran provides the technical application. The actual salon service and on-site organization are the responsibility of the respective salon. Otherwise, statutory provisions apply.
14. Changes and final provisions
These Terms may be adapted if legal, technical, or organizational changes occur.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If individual provisions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
